Frequently asked questions /FAQ
Question: Can coaching be paid for by my employer?
Answer: Yes, you can get a coach reimbursed in various situations. Employers often reimburse coaching because it contributes to the sustainable employability of employees.
Question : If the coaching agreement is with my employer, where do you send the invoice?
Answer : In that case, the invoice will go to your employer, unless you have made other arrangements with your employer, for example if you are claiming the costs yourself. In that case, I will send the invoice to you.
Question : Can my employer gain insight into the substantive results of our coaching sessions?
Answer : No, I do not share substantive information about coaching conversations with employers.
Question : Is an introductory meeting at AnderZ-Om always free?
Answer : Yes, an introductory meeting is always free.
Question : Why is an introductory meeting at AnderZ-om free?
Answer : I think it is important that you can choose, without obligation, whether I am a good match.

Answer: You will then receive a confirmation of your request via email, and I will contact you within four hours on business days to schedule a date and time for our introductory meeting.

Answer : In that case, you can decide not to proceed without any explanation. Of course, I would appreciate it if you let me know.

Answer : That is something we can explore together during the introductory meeting.
