My view on the world
Sometimes it just happens.
In a conversation with a leader, a team member, or an entrepreneur, I come across something that stays with me — something that makes me pause and think. And sometimes it happens in an everyday conversation or simply while walking down the street.
Not only the big themes like leadership or leadership styles. Also the things we all recognize: doubt, workload, stress, sadness, worry, or simple wonder.
These are moments that spark something in me — moments that teach me, that make me curious about what is happening beneath the surface. Not because I believe I can change the world on my own, but because I’m convinced that one new thought can be enough to open a door just a little. A different angle. An unexpected question. A fresh way of looking at things.
If this invites you to occasionally look at things from a slightly different perspective, then I’ve achieved what I aim to achieve.
