We think it is time for change
Our initiative was born out of conversations during dog walks and sailing trips on the Frisian waters, where we conceived the idea of collaborating to develop a new approach to sustainable employability, which acknowledges the individual qualities of each of us.
We believe it is time for a change because we notice that companies are sometimes managed in ways that no longer fit the current era, contributing to an increasing number of people struggling with their personal and professional development.
The result of our walks and sailing trips is our joint workshop 'Successful from Balance'.
About Tiemo
Tiemo (born 1964) started his career at an Italian IT company and has been working for over 20 years as an (interim) manager, trainer, and advisor for various IT and management consultancy firms.
